Who pulls the permit for a fence in Lexington?

Will you work with my HOA?
We regularly build fences that have to clear an HOA first. If yours needs a drawing, a height or a style approved before you can start, tell us early and we will plan the schedule around it.
How soon can you start?
It depends on the season and how full the calendar is. We tell you where you stand when we measure, and your written proposal carries the timeline. Once we start, most installs take one to three days.
Do you build pool fences?
Yes. Our standard is black aluminum, 54 inches tall, with a self closing, self latching gate, built to meet pool code. Your town or county sets the rules for your pool, so ask them what applies and we will build to it.
Do you build outside Lexington?
