About This Fence
The before photo shows a worn, dark wood fence running behind a long row of shrubs. The after photo shows the same yard with a new wood privacy fence along the same line, light and fresh, with a cap rail along the top. The shrubs stayed, and the new fence runs right up behind them.
A replacement like this has two jobs: take the old fence out cleanly, then build the new one straight on the same line. We tear out and haul away the old fence when you need it, and we go over it in the estimate so the cost is clear before we start. The same job gave the house a wood gate beside its brick wall and a wide side yard with more shrubs along the fence. Wood is a natural material that moves with the weather, so a wood fence comes with a one year workmanship warranty and a tune up visit in the first year.
